Sweet Quilt for Valentine’s Day!

Free pattern today! The “Made With Love” quilt is 30″ x 36″.

Just right for a wall hanging, but wouldn’t it be sweet as a baby or grand baby quilt?  The low-volume background prints and bold reds are all Walmart 97¢ fat quarters. Easy, grab and go shopping will give you more sewing time, right?

This is going to be one of my favorite quilts ever. Don’t you love bright, clear reds in a quilt? The prints are covered with words, arrows, and tiny little pink birdies. Triangles have been in all my latest quilts, and this one has just a few of the 60°-30° angles.  Looks complicated, but it’s just one block!  Click here for the free instructions “Made With Love” quilt.

The directions break down the quilt into three sections. Wonderful for us that sew in small bits of time. Instead of sewing long rows together, you put together a manageable handful of pieces.  There are no long borders to attach at the end, so when you’re done piecing, you’re ready to move on to quilting!  You will be surprised how quickly this quilt goes together.  Make one and share the love!
