One of the most challenging parts of making a quilt is picking the fabrics and figuring out how much you need. It’s quite an investment to pick 12 fabrics, and if they don’t work the way you thought, you may not want to finish the project.

Cutting hundreds of pieces also takes time and skill.  In Quilt Blocks’ Canyon Sunrise, the fabrics are already coordinated and pieces precut, so you are ready to sit down and sew. Some blocks teach you to sew strips and sub-cut into smaller units. These techniques save time and thread, and help create perfect patchwork.

What you need to make the Canyon Sunrise quilt:

The 12 block kits and a ‘Setting Kit’ that joins [sets] together all of the blocks are all sold separately.  You’ll need batting, backing and binding to quilt and finish your quilt. Some blocks are intermediate skill level, you can see those because of the number of pieces or triangles. Some that have fewer pieces, or squares and rectangles only,  will be quicker or simpler.  however, don’t let a complicated-looking block stop you from trying it!  Our instructions are full color, step by step, and even have measurements for each unit, so you’ll stay on track.
