Strips Pillow – Free Project & Giveaway

Next time you visit Walmart, take a look at the fabric department’s pre-cut section. Up on the top row you’ll find our Creative Cuts Strips!  Strips are 2 1/2″ x 42″ pre-cut fabrics, in 100% quilting cotton. You may be curious about what to make with them, so to introduce Strips, here’s a quick and easy, free project – a quilted Strips Pillow!

For this pillow, I picked the Jahandar collection. Anything paisley will catch my eye, and the mini dots and teal mini-arrows make the group fresh and different. The ‘spice’ palette of chili pepper red and curry gold is slightly traditional, but exotic too.

In each pack of 14 Strips, you’ll get 2 each of 7 designs. Coordinated prints make it easy to get a designer look.  Our textile designers have come up with seven more fresh collections!  Here they are: These are fun size, pre-cut only designs cut into Strips and Squares, 5″ x 5″. If you haven’t tried them, I think you’ll really like this easy-sew pillow. Simple sewing and straight line quilting is all the skill you need. The pillow can be stuffed with polyfil or if you prefer, stuff with up-cycled little fabric scraps. Our graphic designer, Angela created every one for you – see something you like?
