DIY Valentine’s Day Fabric Cards
It’s not too late to make a unique, one-of-a-kind card for your Love for Valentine’s Day! Mixing fabric and scrap booking is a love match! Here are three inspiring cards from our talented graphic’s team. They shared photos of the steps so you can create your own!
This lovely “Love” card is stamped and has two pink fabric hearts fused in place, then a script “Love” inked to complete. Add buttons for an extra embellishment!
Our ‘Fluttering Hearts’ card is about layering. Pressing a crisp crease gives the layered hearts the dimension to “flutter”! Layer and arrange to your liking. Adhere with glue or sew to the card with a coordinating thread. You can fancy it up with buttons or beads too!
Here’s our finished ‘Fluttering Hearts’ card – a fabric lovers favorite!
For our final card, paper, fabric and thread come together for a card from the heart! To make this, fuse your heart, then stitch X’s as a border. Yes, sew on paper – it’s super sweet! Embellish as desired and write your message of love inside… Happy Valentine’s Day!
