2015 has been another wonderful year for Fabric Editions, Inc! We are all so thankful to have had the opportunity to use our creativity to inspire our customers to create something new. Today we wanted to take the time to look back on some of our favorite products and share what you might have missed.

Two New Beautiful QuiltBlocks Quilts

The QuiltBlocks quilts manage to get more and more beautiful with every release. We kicked 2015 off with the Indigo Square quilt. The shades of blue were so vibrant and made for a perfect way to sew through the coldest months of the year. The warmer weather brought with it the soft Garden Trellis quilt. We couldn’t help but take a handful of pictures of the quilt in a local park.

Little Dress Boutique

Little Dress Boutique (LDB) just might be the cutest thing we produced all year. These adorable dress kits made creating a adorable dress for your little one so easy! LDB is a collection of 6 pre-cut pillowcase dresses named after our favorite little girls. Each collection has coordinating one yard cuts, fat quarters, and strip pieces to help you embellish your dress to match your little girl’s personality. Fabric Elements

CHA Hot New Product

This product line won the “Hot New Product” award at this year’s Craft and Hobby Mega (CHA) Show in the fabric & needlecraft category!  Fabric Elements is made up of 32 products, and includes 9 fabric substrates, 4 banners, flags and tags, 12 cotton fat quarters, 6 embellishments including three stencils, tissue paper, and lace trims, and 3 kits. It also included an exclusive step-by-step instruction book “Techniques in Mixed Media” which showcases 12 collage techniques developed by artist, Rebekah Meier. Rebekah is such a wonderful and talented artist and we are so happy to be working with her. We can’t wait to share what’s coming from Fabric Elements in 2016!

Fabric Elements Creative Challenge + Periscope

We hosted our first Periscope in 2015! We had a fun night of creating with the Fabric Elements collection and announced our first Creative Challenge. We had so many amazing entries, with the winner being the beautiful handmade card below. If you missed our Periscope, you can watch it below. Everyone there was so creative!

Quiltologie

A new collection of Quiltogie products were released in Hancock Fabrics along with tutorials for each piece.  Each video covered a specific skill for each project, including; color and fabric selection, precision cutting and piecing, quick binding method, quilting methods, pockets and handles, and designer touches.
